Are you ready to step confidently forward on your path?

Join us for this expansive immersion in the transformative art of sound healing.

Created for those who feel called to contribute their essential voice and medicine to our collective healing and awakening.

Across Just Twelve Weeks:

You’ll develop the musical understanding, technical fluency, and embodied presence needed to guide a full 45-60 minute sound journey with coherence, presence – and your unique expression.

With rhythm and repetition,
guidance and grounding,
inspired expression and celebration,

you’ll witness yourself grow and expand in ways you can’t even imagine.

Week by week, your skills will strengthen.
Your ear will become more refined.
Your confidence will flourish.

We've witnessed this time and time again in person:

So much so that we know it’s time to bring this into the virtual space so no matter where you are in the world, you can experience the magic of your own unique medicine, too.

This is our commitment as we support our students in crossing the powerful threshold into healing artistry and sound facilitation.

This Is Specifically Designed For:

  • Anyone who feels called toward sound work and are ready to step forward with discipline and devotion
  • Yoga teachers & breathwork facilitators ready to expand their offerings
  • Therapists, coaches, and practitioners of all kinds

You do not need to be a musician.
You just need to be willing to practice.

Sound healing training session in progress, featuring participants practicing with crystal singing bowls and receiving hands-on guidance to master sound bath techniques and earn certification.

The Weekly Rhythm

Each week includes:

  • 30-40 minutes of pre-recorded lessons (2–3 focused videos)
  • 90-minute live session (expanded teachings, coached practice, dyad facilitation, Q&A)
  • 60-90 minutes of structured practice & assignments
  • 30-60 minutes of sound bath experience
  • 30 minutes (minimum) morning practices (including yoga, pranayama, morning pages, and sound practice)

All you need is about 4 hours a week – a worthy investment into yourself and the path of healing artistry.

What You'll Master

The Body as the First Instrument

Stillness, nervous system awareness, and regulation. You will learn how your internal state shapes each session – and how to refine it.

Because whether you’ve never facilitated or have been holding space for years, there are always deeper and more potent layers that emerge within us and the space we hold.

Crystal Bowls: Technique & Tone

The rich history and emergent expansion, quartz composition, reading pitch, cents, tuning systems (432 / 440 / 528), foundational playing technique – and more.

Music Theory for Sound Facilitators

Major vs. minor, intervals, chords, octaves, scales to give you the fluency you need to play fluidly, pair instruments precisely, and facilitate confidently.

You’ll walk away with an understanding of why combinations have the feel and impact they do.

Rhythm, Tempo & Entrainment

The heartbeat.
The science of timing.
How tempo affects the nervous system.
How percussion relates to bowls.
And more.

Voice as Instrument

No need to be a singer – but you do need to find your authentic voice and ability to harmonize with the sounds you are creating with your instruments. This goes a long way in drawing your unique voice through for even greater precision and creative expression in the sessions you hold.

We’ll guide you into your own vocal expression – without performance or imitation.

Sequencing & Arc Design

How to build a session intentionally and impactfully:

You will design your own sequence and refine it through exploration, practice, and supportive feedback.

Technical Excellence in Virtual Facilitation

Lighting, microphones, spatial awareness, and how to avoid common virtual pitfalls. We’ll be exploring the virtual space for three months together, so you’ll have plenty of time to dial this in for yourself for your future facilitation and virtual sharing.

Ethics, Boundaries & Contraindications

1:1 vs group containers
Intake basics
Medical considerations
Safe pacing
Consent-forward language

This is responsible facilitation – and it will give you the grounded freedom to have even greater impact in your sessions.

Integration & The Long View

Beyond technique, together we will explore:

  • What makes sound effective?
  • What are you cultivating in the nervous system?
  • How do you want your work to live in the world?
  • What soul song, what unique expression is asking to move through you?

Instrument Requirements

To participate, you must have:

  • Three crystal bowls (minimum)
  • Three additional sound elements (rainstick, chimes, gong, waves, drum, etc.)

All students are required to complete a free 30-minute instrument consultation at least two weeks before training begins.

We will also highly encourage you to procure a virtual technical set up that will support you through this training, your recordings, and the offering of your gifts to your community, clients, and beyond – when you’re ready.

We want your setup to support your learning, growth, and expression as you step forward on this healing arts path.

Practicum & Certification

Even though we are diving into a virtual training experience together, none of the learning we do is conceptual or theoretical.

Throughout the training you will complete:

  • Multiple recorded 10–15 minute practice segments
  • A 15-minute recorded mid-point session
  • A final 30-40 minute recorded sound journey
  • A written arc map + set list
  • A reusable safety/consent language statement

As well as other practical assignments that will ground your learning.

You will also receive consistent, structured peer and mentor feedback.

Upon successful completion, you will receive certification through The Sound Healing Studio. Certification with the Yoga Alliance is also underway.

The Transformation

By the end of this journey, you will:

  • Have a deepened connection to your inner guidance and creative voice
  • Trust your sequencing
  • Understand musical relationships
  • Know how to open and close a container
  • Regulate yourself while guiding others
  • Confidently facilitate full-length sessions
  • Feel inspired to expand your own creative expression

Whether you feel called to add sound into your existing yoga, therapy, breathwork sessions, to begin sharing your expanded expression on social media, to offer a brand new sound experience to the world – or all three:

You'll be ready.
