A 20% restocking fee applies to all returns. This fee doesn't include return shipping, which is the customer responsibility.

Damaged Items:

If your Crystal Bowls arrive damaged, document the damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Provide clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging to process a replacement.
