Return & Cancellation Policy
Orders canceled within 24 hours of purchase are eligible for a full refund. After 24 hours, approved cancellations and refunds may be subject to a deduction for non-refundable payment processing fees incurred by the business. These fees are charged by third-party payment providers and are not returned to us when a refund is issued.
Custom curated sets, special orders, payment plans, trainings, workshops, and international orders may be subject to additional cancellation terms or may be partially non-refundable.
If an order has already shipped, original shipping costs, return shipping costs, duties, taxes, and related fees are non-refundable.
We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Damaged Items
We take great care in packaging, but if your item arrives damaged, it must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with detailed photos of both the item and packaging so we can assist you.
